COA EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

In an effort to better the understanding of how the Covington Community Outreach Program (COA) is being handled, we would like to offer the following information when the need for assistance arises. 

Please note:  COA assistance is available for families living in the 45318 area code or Covington School District as decided by the County Auditor only.

By appointment only. Please call 473-2415

Emergency
Assistance
is available:

(Includes Food Pantry and/or Utility/Rent Assistance)
Monday - Wednesday - Thursday
10:00 am. to Noon
Monday afternoon 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Frequency of Use:
Emergency Food Assistance
Assistance is available on a 30 day basis as needed - not to exceed 8 times a year (at the discretion of the Executive Director).


 
Emergency Utilities/Rent Assistance
Assistance is available 2 times a year - on a 90-day basis (at the discretion of the Executive Director).


Requirements for Assistance:





*Driver's License or State ID
*Proof of Residence (example:  recent utility bill with the head of household's name and address appearing on it.  Including a recent date.
*The COA reserves the right to request additional information if the need arises.
